Phoenix Division

DRIVER – CONCRETE/ASPHALT 

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screen
  • Must speak, read, comprehend and write fluent English
  • Must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the United States of America
  • Must have a valid CDL with Class A endorsement
  • Must have experience operating ten-wheelers and hauling heavy equipment

BACKHOE OPERATOR

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must speak, read, comprehend and write fluent English
  • Must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the United States of America
  • Must have a valid CDL

MECHANIC

  • 10 Years of Experience demonstrating ability and experience with mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical components
  • AA Degree/Vocational/Tradeschool
  • Must have a current, valid driver license with clean driving record.
  • Must have your own hand/air tools
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels in organization
  • Ability to lift up to 100 pounds
  • Must be punctual and have reliable transportation

LABORER

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Must speak, read, comprehend and write fluent English
  • Must be able to prove your eligibility to work in the United States of America

HORIZONTAL DIRECTIONAL DRILL OPERATOR

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Previous underground utility experience a must
  • Ability to operator Directional DrilL
  • Ability to operate other equipment
  • Must have a valid COL
  • Must be able to follow instructions.
  • Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig and reach.
  • Must be able to lift, carry and place heavy objects up to 501bs
  • Must be bilingual
  • Must have a CDL Class A license

Responsibilities:

  • Work as a part of a crew and lead the drill crew when Supervisor is not on site
  • Daily up keep of construction Equipment
  • Daily Paperwork and logging of bores/production
  • Assist as required in all aspects of the project as directed by the Supervisor.
  • Handle physically demanding construction.
  • Assist team members in placing underground conduit, manual labor and shovel work when not
    operating equipment.

Prior Horizontal Directional Drilling experience is MANDATORY for consideration
