CAL PINE ENERGY

The South Point Meter Station Upgrade project involves the installation of new natural gas metering equipment, a filter-separator skid, and associated infrastructure at the Kinder Morgan Meter Station in Fort Mojave, Arizona. The scope includes excavation, foundation work, equipment setting, piping fabrication and tie-ins, hydrotesting, and coating applications. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations, managing materials, and maintaining site security. The contractor is tasked with delivering a fully operational and compliant facility while adhering to all project specifications and timelines.

The Queen Creek Road High-Pressure Gas Line Extension (Phase B2) project in Mesa, Arizona, involves the installation of approximately 5,804 linear feet of 12-inch coated steel gas pipe via trenching and 518 linear feet via horizontal directional boring. The scope includes non-destructive weld testing, tie-ins to existing pipelines, and restoration of disturbed areas, including pavement replacement.

The scope of work for the 8-6″ HP Gas Line Warner S Project includes the installation of an 8-inch and 6-inch high-pressure welded gas line, along with associated fittings such as elbows, reducers, valves, and tees. The subcontractor is responsible for all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the job, which involves excavation, welding, testing, backfilling, and site restoration. The project also includes traffic control measures, dust control, and proper disposal of construction debris

Installed approximately 107,620 feet of 16-inch transmission steel pipe, coated, 0.250” wall thickness, X-65, double random lengths. Installed a new valve assembly and tie-in to existing inlet pipe at the Jungo Road Valve Assembly.

The Woodlake Pressure Betterment project involves installing approximately 24,400 feet of 8-inch steel pipeline across two phases to improve pressure management in the area. Phase 1 covers about 14,200 feet of pipeline, while Phase 2 includes 10,200 feet, along with associated paving and restoration work. As the contractor, we managed excavation, trenching, backfill, coating, and testing of the pipeline, ensuring compliance with all safety and environmental standards.
