Tim has worked as a Human Resources professional in the Construction/Engineering and Maintenance field for the majority of his career. Before joining Arizona Pipeline in 2015 he worked with Fluor Corporation for 35 years in 12 different locations around the U.S. Tim has been involved in all aspects of Human Resources including recruiting/hiring, benefits/compensation, and employee relations. He has been on projects ranging in size from 200 to 3000+ employees, in power generation, refineries, government support and worked in several of Fluor’s regional offices.
The role of Human Resources can be challenging, but also rewarding and he enjoys being able to help people get their job done, whether it is answering questions, creating solutions or helping them to launch their new career. H.R.’s primary goal to assist the Company and our employees with whatever their needs may be so everyone can focus on making the Company and in turn themselves successful.
